WorkPlace HR, LLC ("WPHR") is a Human Resources consulting firm that offers premium services by highly experienced human resources professionals in partnership with our affiliated law firm, FortneyScott. By working collaboratively and effectively with FortneyScott's attorneys, WPHR's human resource teams are able to provide an unparalleled level of support for our clients' efforts to incorporate human resource strategies and legal compliance within their organizations.

WPHR also assists clients with management initiatives, human resource systems development, workforce and regulatory compliance, total compensation, and leadership training. Our partnership with FortneyScott allows our clients access to attorneys and the ability to provide these cost effective, legally-compliant solutions to support an organization's human resources needs.

WPHR's services are provided both on a project basis and also through an HR Help Desk, which offers bundled support services. Functioning as an HR Help Desk, WorkPlace HR consultants offer organizations the ability to obtain ongoing human resource consulting services and support that assist clients improve efficiency and maintain compliance. Through the HR Help Desk, WPHR consultants provide live, real-time support in many human resources disciplines as well as creating work force-related documents that are tailored to meet the company's business objectives and compliance requirements.

The HR Help Desk professional services are provided on a fixed fee basis, typically on a quarterly cycle, that is tailored to meet each client's needs.
