  • Diversity--This session will instruct your workforce on the principles of diversity. This is a standard set of training materials that is fully customizable for your needs. Depending on the audience, course content may include: identifying an effective diversity program; how diversity differs from affirmative action; essential principles of diversity; exploring the strategic elements of diversity programs; and developing a holistic approach to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and diversity.
